Jeffery Fedor ​

Owner / Director of Lacrosse Operations
Jeffery Fedor is the co-founder and sole owner of Man Up Lacrosse LLC. Coach Fedor has been coaching at the high school level or above since 2008. He has assisted in the creation of numerous high school and college teams since 2005. From 2012 – 2016, Coach Fedor proudly served as the defensive coordinator at Baldwin-Wallace coaching (NCAA D3). Coach Fedor is currently the head coach of his Alma Mater, Holy Name High School. Coach Fedor is a two-time OHSAA DII – R5 Coach of the Year, receiving the award in 2018 and 2022.

Andrew Spicher

Assistant Direct of Indoor Lacrosse - NEO Ducks Coaching Staff

A 2017 graduate of Baldwin Wallace University, where he played attack and midfield for the Yellow Jackets. An Erie, PA native, Coach Spicher joined the Man Up staff in 2018. Coach Spicher is a Varsity Assistant and Head JV coach at Holy Name High School and was named the 2022 Region 5 Assistant Coach of the Year.

Trent McKinstray

NEO Ducks Coaching Staff ​

Hails from Toledo, OH where he played for St. Francis High School before attending and playing lacrosse at Baldwin Wallace University. Olmsted Falls coaching staff since 2017. Coach McKinstray has been with Man Up Lacrosse since 2016 and this is his second stint with the Northeast Ohio Ducks.

Josh Piepenburg

Shaker Heights 2013, Baldwin Wallace University 2017. Olmsted Falls staff since 2017, HC since 2019. NOLL 2022 Coach of the Year. Five years with Man Up Lacrosse.

Austen Peppo

NEO Ducks Coaching Staff​

Joined Man Up Lacrosse in 2014 as an Assistant Coach and league official. Since, he has been on staff at Padua Franciscan and currently Holy Name as a Varsity Assistant Coach with an emphasis on goalie development. Coach Peppo now serves as the dedicated Goalie Coach for the Northeast Ohio Ducks programs.
